How to use the Library.doc PPWS Library Loan Agreement.doc
PIKES PEAK WATERCOLOR SOCIETY LIBRARY
Below is a list of the current items in the Pikes Peak Watercolor
Society Library. We will accept donations of cash or art related
items, new or used, such as videos, dvds, books, show catalogs, etc. to
add to our library. If you have donations, please contact the
librarian or just bring them to the next meeting.
Members who are current on their dues can check out items by simply
emailing the librarian, Myra Patin,
mpatinco@msn.com, at anytime during the month up through the evening
before our monthly meeting. She will deliver your choices, if
available, at that month’s meeting.
Upon delivery of the items requested, member will provide a deposit
check of $20.00 made out to PPWS and complete and sign a library loan
agreement. Your $20.00 check will be held with your contract by the
librarian and will be returned to you when you return the borrowed items
in same condition to the librarian.
We ask that you check out items for only one month so that other members
can share in our limited selection.
This is a simple system and easy to use. Just look over the list
and send Myra an email. In your email, please provide your name,
phone number, the letter/number code and title of each item you would
like to check out.
