Calendar of Events

Following is a list of events for the coming year.

Pandora's Box
November 2009 to April 2010, Various Dates, Colorado Springs School
Pandora's Box is a project we do occasionally (not every year), where we work with a local school. We and the students will work on art projects within a theme. It's an opportunity for the students to work outside of their normal curriculum, and it's an opportunity for our members to help local art students and also work a project not limited to watermedia. This year, we will be working with the Colorado Springs School, and the theme will be "Exits, Entrances and Journeys." We will be making art pieces out of doors and windows. The finished pieces will be available for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to the the Colorado Springs School.

The exhibition of completed works is April 22 to May 10, 2010 at the Colorado Springs School, 21 Broadmoor Ave., 80906, 434 -3512, in the Performing Arts Center.

PPWS Summer Show
June 11-August 7 2010, High Vista Gallery Pueblo

This will be a juried show featuring artwork from Pikes Peak Watercolor Society Members. We encourage you to plan to attend the Opening Reception on June 11th.
